I think why Bengali is requesting this, Neil, is because of the problems that he’s had, documented in this thread: http://www.thundercatslair.org/forums/showthread.php?t=1984 . To be fair to him, I don’t think there’s anything untoward about his request, just trying unsuccessfully to sign up there… 
That said, Bengali, IMO getting someone else to sign up for a He-Man.Org account on your behalf is a bit of a minefield, as if the Admins of the site want to contact you for any reason, they won’t have a valid e-mail for you - ditto if whoever signs up on your behalf discontinues their e-mail account without notifying you, there goes your access to He-Man.Org. My advice would be the same as Neil’s (blackiecats’) in the thread linked to above, e-mail the Admins at He-Man.Org and ask for assistance. Good luck!

Add to that, I think someone already took the screen name Bengali…I remember seeing a post with that name…or it might have been Ben-Gali. :?

Actually, to my surprise no one has the username “Bengali” on He-Man.Org - there are two users who have that as part of their name, though, BenGali85 and bengali94, the latter of whom is (I think) the more active member. BenGali85 is actually a member of our forums, although to date he’s only done the one post…
As a note of trivia, for a brief time online I was actually known as “Bengali” before changing to “He-Fan” in June 2000, which I’ve been ever since!

That could be what’s going on here. However I’d contact the admins to be sure.

Alright, forget about it. Even JVS3 has confirmed that there is problems with notification e-mails on he-man.org forums. He said he will try to have it fixed in the next couple weeks…
Don’t be too downhearted Bengali The thing with JVS3 is, he is very very busy so don’t take his response personally. At the minute they have very little spare time to work on the site as well, so it’s not surprising he has given you a timeframe of a few weeks to sort the forum problems.
My advice would be to remain patient as I’m sure the problems will be looked into when the staff at he-man.org have a bit more spare time.
Our site runs completely different to he-man.org as it’s a team effort. If someone is busy or unavailable for any reason, there will always be someone else to step up to the plate temporarily. That’s why I like to think we are very approachable and function well as a team.
Anyway in the meantime I hope you enjoy posting on this forum as we definately value you and all of our forum members for supporting us!
