Gold dispensing ATMs

Just got back not too long ago from an ATM that dispenses gold. Very neat to just walk up to the machine, put your worthless paper (cash) in and in return get something that will hold its value for hundreds of years

Check out the vids and pictures:

Is the gold at market value or highly over-priced?

Could this be the first in a number of signs that will start pointing towards a gold bubble? That bubble will expand for some time to come for sure and Iโ€™m pretty heavily invested in gold. And I absolutely believe its a real storage of monetary value, and cash is an illusion.

But I canโ€™t help but think that gold will crash from these highs and dispensing ATMs are a tiny little confirmation of that for me.

Its a bit overpriced compared to buying from online stores. There is always a mark up for physical product as opposed to the price that is quoted on the market.

Typically I can purchase 1 gram gold bars for about $56 plus shipping from online stores and at the going rate at the ATM is about $61 so it equals out to about the same as if i were to buy online
