It is Tygra, you’re right! And it is an early episode. Quick hint: The struggle he sees signs of is a trap, and it results in a rather sticky situation for him.

Yeah and I just remember his reaction when :cheetara: was getting the glue out of his fur.

His reaction then, when Cheetara was getting the glue off him, was one of the funniest moments of the series, not only because of what happened, but because it involved :tygra: who was always the serious guy.

I love how Peter Newman turned Tygra’s one line during that scene, “Ouch,” into like four syllables. Uhheeyouuch!

Had to rewatch the episode 'cause I didn’t recall that. Hmm… I thought Tygra spoke a little too harsly in his tone of voice toward Wilykat near the end. It wasn’t what he said, it was the tone of his voice when he said it.
Cheetara: Well, where are they? The ThunderCat signal was flashed right over this spot.
Wilykat: Why worry?! We took care of the Mutants, didn’t we?
Tygra: We didn’t run into Slithe, and he’s the worst of that bunch.
It’s too bad I can’t capture images off my dvd’s, it could be fun to have a game where you guess what episode a video capture came from.
Yes, I always liked it too. It ws fun and kind of cute. Peter Newman was very good at making cats’ sounds, like growls and roars. Tygra was the TC that roared or growled the most when angry, you can check that out. He also did a great job with Monkian and the moneky sounds.

I would guess it to have been said by Bengali.
Nope, although Bengali is nearby. Once again, I made it too hard. Let me set the scene:
Two vehicles, unable to go any further, hover in the turbulent atmosphere. Bengali is piloting one of them, and the quote’s speaker is piloting the other. I can’t tell you which vehicles, because that would give it away.
I’m starting to think my brain is way too full of useless information…
Maybe another clue would help. This one seems like a real stumper. If it’s someone with Bengali, my guess would be Pummyra, Snarfer, or Lynx-O but I’ve browsed through a few of those episodes with no success.
Okey doke, here’s another clue. Bengali is piloting the Whisker. So, to summarize, Bengali in the Whisker, not speaking. Speaker in another vehicle. Both vehicles hovering, unable to advance.
Might be Pumyra or Lynx-O. Or maybe even Lion-O as they both had a lot of scenes together in season 4.
Can’t tell for sure; when the new TCs appeared, I didn’t watch the show that carefully.
There’s no way I could tell you what vehicle appeared in what episode. I don’t even recall a vehicle called the Whisker. I remember the ThunderTank and the Feliner. I know there was some kind of vehicle that Lynx-O, Pummyra and Bengali typically flew together that could separate into 3 parts (wonder of Star Trek the Next Generation took that idea from them) and I vaguely think individual flying cratft were built in the latter part of the series. Was The Whisker a vehicle where whiskers could extend out of the vehicle and slice things? Maybe it’s a girl thing that I never cared so much about vehicles. 
Really, it could be any of the other ThunderCats. Hmm…
