I don’t think it does count - the catchphrase is used to summon them all to his aid, but later when he turns Tygra and Nayda visible again I thought it was just “HO!” that he uttered. SOMEONE CHECK THIS!

Not “Spitting Image” - Lion-O uses the catchphrase as a summons, and Panthro arrives to battle his evil twin. He does ultimately use the sword to defeat the impostor, but it’s not the catchphrase that does it.
