Mumm-Ra in “Dream Master”?
Whizra and Mummra are not the ones…the last answer comes from season 2 but is not an obscure character.
Chilla? Wouldn’t know the episode though, I’m not hot on season 2.
Much closer but not quite right…
Is it Tugmug?
If it is, I’m thinking “Day Of The Eclipse”.
Yes, Tugmug is the last one in “Day of the Eclipse”, since three different users gave a correct response, I will pass the turn to Tygra_Rules since he was the first to give a right answer.
Thanks, although it’s hard to post a question. Seems like everything ahs already been asked lol.
Ok, here it goes. It’s kind of “rudimentary”.
We know the TCs weapons, but what about the ones used by the Mutants? Here’s a two-part question:
A) List the weapons usually used by the Mutants and who usually wielded them.
B) The Mutants’ weapons are usually basic ones, but they’ve seen to handle guns in at elast two eps (might be more). What episodes are those?
I know that feeling!

Slithe had a sort of guardsman’s axe/pike-type thing, Monkian a flail and a shield which has fired something like cannonballs, Jackalman a club (although he’s occasionally been seen with a pike), and Vultureman, I seem to recall had something like a pitchfork. Ratar-O had his two daggers, the Rat’s Eye.

“The Mountain”, they were firing thundrainium shells. The other one, not sure - was it “The Shifter”?
Liam, you’re right in everything. I think you’ve earned yor turn fair and square, but just for fun let’s wait to see if somoene else (or you) post the other episode in which the Mutants use guns (The Shifter is ok in that it was indeed a gun, but not the king¿d of gun I had in mind lol)
BTW, Jackalman sometimes wielded the axe too.
Was it “The Micrits”?
Yes! Taht’s the one I had in mind!
Anyway, as I said, I think you already deserved the victoy, but this confirms it lol
Your turn Liam.
OK then. Again, it took a little while to think of something, but here goes:
In the remake, they changed Mumm-Ra’s weakness from his own reflection to light. But there is also one episode of the original where it is light that is used to banish him back to his pyramid. Not that we see him return to it, but we can assume. What is the episode?
Two episodes come to mind for me, but I’m not sure either one is right. The first is “Catfight”, when Lion-O uses the Lynx-O’s Lightshield in combination with the Sword of Omens to overpower and drive off Mumm-Ra.
The other is “Day of the Eclipse”, when a reflection of light from the Claw Shield (I think) hits Mumm-Ra in the eyes and makes him fall out of the sky.
I don’t remember either of those moments (season 2, obviously!), so can’t confirm your answers either way. The answer I’m looking for is an earlier episode.
Right. I kinda figured neither one was what you were looking for. And, to be honest, neither one is technically an example of light defeating Mumm-Ra, so much as just bugging him.
An earlier episode? Hmmm…
Is it the “Garden of Delights”? I recall in the end Mumm-Ra fires bolts of electricity from his hands which Lion-O blocks with his Claw Shield, resulting in a bright flash of light which spooks the mummy and sends him floating back to his pyramid.
That’s the one I was thinking of, so your turn Wilycub!
Thanks, Liam.
Ok, my question is a two-part question based on an image, so here goes:
1. The device in the picture above was invented by Panthro. Name the episode in which it made its debut and what substance did it help to locate.
- Strangely, in another episode, the same device was shown to be able to detect another substance. Name the other substance and the episode.
I’m only 100% of the answer for the first part of the question; I’ll give a try for the second one.
-
It was created in “Trouble with Time” to help the TCs find thundrilium.
-
I think the other epsiode was “Micrits” where it was used to detect thundranium instead.
