Leaves off …berry bushes. (I never could make out what Ro-Bear Bill says naming the type of berry).
I knew this one; should have logged in yyesterday but was at a family reunion ![]()
When I posted this trivia question, I was 100% sure that you would beat everyone else to it! ![]()
So am I right or do you want the full answer? Can someone else name the type of bushes?
That’s precisely why I was holding back on here - but if nobody seems able to provide the name (surely the subtitles on the DVD will have it!?!), then I guess it’s your go Mark.
Krawberry bushes.
After 20+ years I finally found out what they are called. I noticed my DVDs were close at hand so I put on the subtitles and read what they are called.
“After ‘Exodus’ what is the next episode to feature Jaga in his normal colours?”.
Trick question - it’s the very next episode, “The Unholy Alliance”! He appears in ghost form in colour, the black & white thing didn’t start until the third episode.
Then he appears in colour in “The Ghost Warrior” (probably what you were thinking of if you weren’t being deliberate with the trick question), and also “The Astral Prison”, in which we see him in a more solid form again.
Your turn Liam.
I must confess I forgot about “The Unholy Alliance”, I haven’t really watched that episode that often…probably less than seven times LOL.
It’s also odd that I forgot about “The Ghost Warrior”, for some reason I was just thinking of “The Astral Prison”.
That is odd. I suppose if you’d phrased the question as “after Exodus, when did we next see Jaga in a non-spectral form (not counting flashbacks)”, you’d have been right about “The Astral Prison”.
OK, here’s my question:
Most of the time, the Ancient Spirits Of Evil were voiced by Earle Hyman. However, there is at least one occasion where they were voiced by another actor. Which episode(s) and by who?
Where’s everybody?
No one here neither in the Qunitatet and Hangman game threads ![]()
I remember there being two voices, but havent been able to come up with the other one. I might have to try and do some research when time permits. ![]()
I think that the ASOE have a different voice in ‘Excalibur’, but I don’t know which actor provides it in this episode.
Normally I’d wait and see if anyone could be more forthcoming with the missing details, but given how long this thread has been idle, I’m going to break with tradition.
It is indeed “Excalibur” - and as for the identity of the performer stumping everyone, a quick listen will tell your ears that the voice is that of Robert McFadden.
Anyway, Mongor, it’s your turn.
My question:
Cheetara is fast, but she is not alone as some creatures can keep up with her or beat her in the race. Name the people / creatures that are as fast as or faster than Cheetara and the episode they do so. (I’m not counting Lion-o since his race in the anointment trials is not a straight race). I can name three characters that qualify (maybe more) although one of my answers shoots something quicker than Cheetara.
Hmm, Spidera in “Queen Of Eight Legs” has to be the one who shoots something quicker (web).
Part of me wants to say Safari Joe as he fires some rocket clamps to imprison her in midair. Not sure if this counts though.
Equally uncertain, as she wasn’t running, is the cheetah statue Mumm-Ra brings to life in “Dimension Doom”.
None of those are the ones I’m thinking of…if I recall correctly Cheetara does not run from Spidera’s webs, she merely tries to dodge them. As for the other answer in which you guessed Safari Joe, there is something that the character directs towards Cheetara that she tries to outrun but is overcome by it.
Is Mongor one of them? He threw a net that caught Cheetara while running.
Not sure if this counts but:
Jellyfish (Man O War) cloud from “The Doomgaze” ?
TygraRules and Wilycub,
You are both correct with Mongor and the Man-o-War cloud. There is still one more character that can keep up with Cheetara. Any guesses? I thought that he would have been the first answer that someone guessed.
Is it Wizz-Ra?
