The berries the kittens ate in “Runaways”
Does Vulturemans Revenge count? I remember that Vultureman shot down Kits board. At that point Kit and Kat are on the same board which crashes into the canyon. I dont remember for sure if the board breaks or not…
Hi,
I’m not sure about Vultureman’s Revenge as I have not seen that episode in quite some time. There is still one from season one where one of the boards is destroyed.
My memory’s not too clear on this but I recall Mongor (in the episode “Mongor”) blew flames at Wilykit while she was circling him on her board. But I don’t remember if the board was destroyed or not.
Hey,
In Mongor it is not clear if the board is destroyed… here’s a clue the one episode that no one has guessed. The monster that destroys the board is making its second and final appearance.
Good luck.
Is it the Mechanosect crushing/cracking the board in “Mechanical Plague”?
You got it adssse! Let’s see your question.
Wow, that was a tough one!
I feel as though Wilycub should have first opportunity to post the next questions as he got 2 of the 4. If for some reason he prefers not to than I will see what I can come up with.
Thank you adssse. But I don’t mind at all if you post the next question. My questions usually are a bit “too easy” as it is.
Please go ahead and give us a question.
I am not sure mine will be any better, but I will give it a shot (hopefully it has not already been asked)…
I believe there are three episodes where the ASOE bestowed ‘extra power’ to Mumm-ra which gave him extra size/power. Which episodes are they?
I can think of two:
“The Last Day”, he became massive
“Mumm-Ra Lives”, he gained the courage to look at his own reflection
“The Last Day” is one of the three I was thinking of. “Mumm-ra Lives” is something different than what I was going for. I am not sure what he is called at that point, but I am just looking for the episodes where Mumm-ra is his ‘massive’ version.
OK, “The Demolisher”, he grows a bit there.
As for “Mumm-Ra Lives” - what do you mean “not sure what he is called at that point”? Mumm-Ra never changed his name (unless you count disguises). And also, you didn’t specify size as the only factor in your initial question. You said extra “size/power”. The ASOE give him extra power in this 5-parter, the power to withstand the sight of his own reflection, so on those terms, I have provided you with an additional correct answer that you hadn’t originally factored in - these trivia rounds are littered with such offerings.
I realize now that I may not have been specific enough in my original question. I didnt mean to discredit your answers, just attempting to explain what I was looking for. I am looking for episodes in which Mumm-ra appears in what I believe is referred to as his “Mumm-Ra the All Powerful” form. This is the form to which you referenced in “The Last Day”, which was one of the ones I was aware of. With this in mind, there are still two more episodes that have not been mentioned yet where he is present in this form.
“ThunderCubs Part V” is one of them. Not sure about the other…
Thats right zax, I believe there is just one remaining.
Merged Post:
Perhaps a hint should be offered…
The final episode I am looking for involves Lion-O (and Snarf) needing the help of the mutants.
“Return Of The Thundercubs”?
Absolutely! Your up for the next question. ![]()
We all know Mumm-Ra’s incantation that transforms him from a feeble mummy into an all-powerful monster. But there was one episode where he said something slightly different. Name the episode and the differences in the catchphrase.
In Pumm-Ra, he says, “Spirits of Evil, transform this ancient body to Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living!” This omits the Ancient in ASOE and swaps “ancient body” for “decayed form”. He then adds, “And now, from Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living to Pumm-Ra, the puma of Thundera! Pumm-Ra!”
