Mention three times we’ve seen a Thundercat play a musical instrument, citing the Thundercat, instrument and episode!
Snarf counts as a TC? If so, he plays the drums in “Demolisher”.
Cheetara plays a flute in “Thundercubs” (well, cub Cheetara ;)).
The kittens play the harp in “The Evil Harp of Char-Nin”.
Lion-O also played the harp in The Evil Harp of Char-Ninn. ![]()
Was that the quickest answer ever to one of these? Anyway, you’re up, TR.
Woohoo!
Ok, here it is, easy one: name all the episodes the TCs were “enslaved” by Mumm-Ra and which TCs in each episode (by “enslave” I mean Mumm-Ra made them make his will some way or another, mainly magical).
Okay, I know there was “The Bracelet of Power” and “Dream Master”.
There are two. Remember, it doesn’t have to be all the TCs.
Exactly how many of these episodes are there?
The Garden of Delights - Panthro, Tygra, Lion-O, Cheetara
The Doomgaze - Lion-O, Snarf
The Fireballs of Plun-Darr - Tygra
Spitting Image - Panthro
Snarf Takes Up the Challenge - Lion-O, Tygra, Panthro, Cheetara, Wilykit, Wilykat
Dimension Doom - Lion-O, Tygra, Panthro, Wilykit, Wilykat
That’s all from Seaosn One, Volume One
Read carefully the question: Mumm-Ra does’t even appear in “Fireballs from Plun-Darr” ![]()
And there are more from season 1, one of them was mentioned by Ocelli.
Okay how about:
Queen of 8 Legs
Fond Memories
Catfight
Ravage Island
and would Chain of Loyalty count?
You’re missing that he also said you have to name who in each episode was captured.
Tygra_Rules, yeah, I thought about that but apparantly I forgot after I thought about it. Oh well, doesn’t take away from the true answers. ![]()
Thanks for the reminder and I’ll add them in.
Queen of 8 Legs - Lion-O and Snarf
Fond Memories - Lion-O
Catfight - Lion-O, Pumyra, Bengali
Ravage Island - All except Snarf
and would Chain of Loyalty (all of the Thundercats) count?
Eps like “Chain of Loyalty” or “Queen of 8 Legs” wouldn’t count as Mumm-Ra didn’t actually enslaved them; again, by “enslave” I mean he made them make his will (usually put them uder some kind of trance and/or spell), not only captured them.
So far, we have:
“Dream Master” - all but Snarf/Lion-o
“Bracelet of Power” - all but Snarf
“Garden of Delights” - Tygra
“Doomgaze” - Lion-o/Snarf
“Dimension Doom” - Lion-o/Panthro/Tygra/Kittens
“Ravage Island” - not all of them, because Tygra and the kittens weren’t in that ep :(
There’s still one missing.
Kind of confusing since the word enslaved means to be captured.
Yes, but I did specify it in my first post ![]()
By that meaning, I think Queen of 8 Legs should count, as I’m pretty sure he hypnotizes Lion-O (have to watch it again tho).
I don’t remember that, but might be.
Anyway, still one more where Mumm-Ra used a device to enslave them.
He does hypnotize Lion-O in Queen of 8 Legs, disguised as the Diamondfly.
The missing episode I believe you’re waiting on is The Mumm-Ra Berbil, in which he uses those bracelets to enslave everyone but Lion-O (i.e. Panthro, Cheetara, Tygra, the Kittens, and Snarf).
And may I say, for the record, that I am no fan of these questions that require multiple subjective answers (Name all the times that blah did blah to blah with blah under the blah). It’s never clear when they’re finally answered, and they get dragged out over days. Plus, they lead to arguments over what is and is not an acceptable answer.
They’re fun, sure, and they’re challenging, but I think the bad outweighs the good. A more focused question with a definitive answer (or discrete number of answers) more closely fits the definition of trivia, and results in a faster-paced, easier to follow, less frustrating game. Just my $0.02, and no offense to you, Tygra_Rules—you’re not the sole offender. OR ARE YOU?? ![]()
No offense taken Zax. Actually, I thought all that before posting the question, because I think you’re right. I’ll be more careful next time.
And you’re right about both “Queen of 8 Legs” and the final one, “Mumm-Ra Berbil”.
I think Lady Ocelli got the most though, so I’ll give it to her, unless any of you have any objection to that ![]()
No objection, whatsoever!
Have a go, Lady O!
