I’ll admit I did look on the encyclopedia page of this site for possibilities, and when I saw the Gargoyles, it rang a bell. Now I need to think of a question!
I like to think that they’re the same gargoyles, and that Karnor stole some of them from Sondora back when he was alive and plundering.
Yeah I know that theory is very possible that’s why at first I was hesitant to post this question. But then I thought since it is never specifically mentioned in the series and the slight difference in the colors and the way they become inert (Gargoyles become statues while Guardians turn into boulders), they might be closely related but not the same. Maybe second cousins twice removed! :laugh
