Game: ThunderCat Trivia

Jackalman has one line—“Wait, look!”—as the Thundertank approaches the Treetop Kingdom. Close but no cigar!

Good to know I wasn’t wrong then. Thanks Zax!

I wasn’t sure. My next guess is “The Rock Giant” in which he is the only Mutant to appear, and I’m trying to remember if he has any actual lines or just yelps of pain?

No, not “The Rock Giant”

A hint: Slithe and Monkian also appear.

He doesn’t have any lines in “The Garden of Delights,” but he does let out a little scream toward the end when Panthro attacks him.

Not the one I was thinking of, but you’re right Zax.

If no one else comes with the right one (meaning the one in my head LOL), I’ll give it to you.

Annother hint: it does share some things with “The Garden of Delights”.

Is it “Fireballs of Plun-Darr,” the other Tygra-centric episode of early Season One? [emoji12]

That’s right, Zax! You’re up!

Not only it shares being a Tygra-centric episode with “Garden of Delights”, but it also gives Willa a prominet role!

Ah, so it does! No offense to Willa—I just thought of Tygra first. [emoji4]

Here’s a new question:

Panthro saying that Lion-O took to driving the Thundertank “like a fish to water” is usually cited as the definitive line indicating “Trouble with Time” precedes “Pumm-Ra” in production (and continuity) order, but it’s not the sole piece of evidence. What other line of dialogue in “Pumm-Ra” only makes sense coming after “Trouble with Time”?

Is it Panthro telling Tygra that they have work to do in the Thundrillium Fields?

Precisely! Great job, Wilycub. You’re up!

Thanks, Zax! Ok, here’s a new one:

Apart from “The Doomgaze”, which other episode features the location Mount Anguish?

Is it “Return to Thundera” part 1?

I’d forgotten the name of the mountain in any event!

This is so close to being right I kind of don’t want to jump in with the right answer.

No, that’s not it. The answer is actually a Season 1 episode. That’s the only season I remember. LOL! :laugh

Is it “The Mumm-Ra Berbil” with flashbacks of the episode in his cauldron?

While I think Liam is technically correct about a flashback, I believe the answer Wilycub is looking for is “The Time Capsule”. A homesick Lion-O is up there carving THUNDERA in the dirt when Jaga appears to tell him about the Time Capsule.

My comment earlier about Tygra_Rules answer was because I mistakenly connected it to “Return to Thundera” the standalone episode (rather than Part I of the five-parter), which is sort of like “The Time Capsule”’s sequel.

Absolutely correct, Zax! :thumbsup I always found it interesting that they chose that particular location to start off “The Time Capsule”. Almost as if it takes place right after “The Doomgaze”.

And believe it or not, I too often mix-up “The Time Capsule” and “Return to Thundera”. :biggrin Not only do the two episodes play out like they take place one after the other, but they were recorded that way on my old VHS tape.

That’s why they’ve been positioned like that in the continuity order!
