Yes, in “Exodus” he says the line the way you put it (I remember it well because he said it while invisible, before turningh visible again), but he goes with the “Now you see me, now you don’t” form in “Telepathy Beam” before trying to enter Skytomb (he says “And now for the fast fade. Now you see me, now you don’t”)

Sorry for hijacking the game, although not completely, as this is related to one question I made for the game itself 
I feel I was in debt with Wilycub about the “Now you see me, now you don’t” way in which Tygra used this line.
I knew that besides “Telepathy Beam”, there were at leats 2 other eps in which he said it that way, and I checked my DVDs and turned out I was right. The other 2 eps were “Mumm-Ra Lives” part 5, when he meets Red-Eye for the first time, and “Mossland Monster”. I looked for some more I thought he could have said it that way (like “Superpower Potion”), but he didn’t. I can’t think of any other ep, but of those 3 I was sure.
Fair enough. Although the fact that it’s season 2 does mean it’s not going to be as well-known.
Anyway, we’re all still waiting now for Thunderianroyalguard to come up with a new challenge!
