Hey everyone. My name is Matt. I’m a freelance artist in Florida. I was doing some fanart commissions for Thundercats, and needed some references and happened to stumble upon this place. Looking forward to posting some drawings when I have permission. I grew up like many of you watching TC as part of my Saturday morning line-up. I am 31 and that was a longtime ago so I may not be as well versed as some, but I still have ‘the nostalgia’ for it. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Welcome, Matt. Enjoy your stay. I can’t wait to see what kind of drawings you have. And feel free to look at everybody else’s fan art. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how many talented folks we have here. 
If you’re looking for source material for any future ThunderCats drawings, check the “Cartoon” section of this site. They have genuine animation cels from the show that should be a big help to you. Also, there’s Purrsia’s “Return to Thundera” website that has lots of screencaps from the series.
Additionally, there’s the “Toy Catalog” here at TCL with photographs of the toy figures from LJN, as well as photographs of some members’ collections of the figures.

Thanks guys. Had to do a lil job hunting for a while, but I found one and I have the next couple days off, so HOPEFULLY I’ll be able to churn out, at least some sketches of some “Kitties”. I’ll admit I haven’t tried posting pics on a site like this before so I may need some help as far as if I need to know any tech speak. (Not computer savvy). Everyone is very nice and I am glad to be a part of the community. Thanks for the friendly reception!!!

You can host your files on there for free, and then just post the image link in the forums here for your pics to show up.
Got a couple fan-arts up, should anyone care to take a look and let me know what you think of em. Got a few more on the way but they are in need of re-tooling.
