Its all in the name, who is your fave Cat and Mutant (I think the enemies are)? Now from my vague memories of the show I am sure I liked Tygra the best…it could have been Panthro though..hmmmm!!!

My favorite mutant would probably be Jackalman and I’m not sure which Thundercat would by my favorite…

Thundercat = Tygra or Cheetara (probably Cheetara:D)

I think my fave mutant is the frog guy, Slythe is it??? This is probably because its the only one I can properly remember LOL.

Favorite T-Cat= Panthro
Favorite Mutant= Monkian…I think its just totally hilarious the way he talks

Thundercat: Lion-O
Mutant: Jackalman
Favourite Thundercat: Jaga: he plays the same role as Zodac does in MOTU and Dungeon Master in D&D.
Favourite mutant: probably Jackalman. 
Well, as a kid, it was Panthro. He still rocks, but I notice now that I’m really liking Tygra in the adult years. So my favorites (combined) are Panthro and Tygra, with the tiger man taking a slight lead.
Favorite enemy/ Mutant is still Jackalman.

as a kid i luuuurrrrved me some lion-o, w/ his beautiful crazy hair. well, i still like lion-o but after re-watching the dvds, now i realize he had some maturing to do. & it kind of tripped me out how i overlooked the fact that he acted like a big dumb kid in the 1st few episodes. oh well. LION-O, I STILL LUURRRVE YOU!
but now that i’m grown i like tygra. he’s smart, mature, humble, & he’s got a badass whip! ooo & it helps that his voice is so sexy.
i don’t think i ever had a fav bad guy. i guess if i had to choose, it’d be monkian. yeah, he’s dumb & loud & makes poor decisions, but he’s funny! his answer to everything is to beat it to a pulp. yay, senseless violence! & some of his facial expressions are priceless.

Without question, my fave male T-Cat is Lion-O, with Tygra and Bengali very close seconds. My favorite T-Cat female is Pumyra.
I don’t have a favorite Mutant bad-guy.
