Ever noticed this on Panthro from the intro?

Ever wondered what the blue thing is on Panthro in the intro sequence where he does his awesome kick at the camera?

I just thought it was part of his boot-straps. Didn’t his boots have something like a drawstring at the top of each boot?

I’m sorry but as many times as I see that segment of the intro it confuses the hell out of me lol. I think this sequence did the same to the animators he he. I also wonder if this will be the Hard Hero action pose?

Damn you’re right its his frikkin big toe. That thing is huge!

Is it that his toe is that big, or his boots are just that loose? I mean, his boots don’t appear to fit like the boots Lion-O or Cheetara wear, Panthro’s boots look less molded and more ninja-ish cloth.

Yes, he has a very big toe in that scene, Grizz. That particular foot is the closest to the camera. :smiley:

Lol its just the perspective the camea has of his foot, u can clearly see his claw/nail at the end.
With his boots they were v ninja-like, and had the seperate section at the front just for the big toe as seen on samuri/ninja warriors.

Lol! Very well, it is settled.The entire thundercatslair.org community has confirmed in the year of 2011 one of the greatest mysteries In animation history. That is indeed Panthro’s massively big toe we are so personally introduced to in the intro to Thundercats lol!
