The latest episode coming up is the perfect time for Tygra to use his new whip.
A new love interest for Lion-O wouldn’t dominate the show. Heck even the Lion-O/Tygra/Cheetara triangle didn’t dominate it. It was just a running subplot for half the season. The only thing it dominated was the discussions in the forums.
So incredibly true. I even mix up the fanmade predictions and theories with what actually happens in the show! I think Lion-O deserves a love interest, even if she doesn’t come until later (although I’m a fan of a Lion-O and Pumyra relationship).

Me too, can’t wait to see Rataro! I think I’m even more excited to see Rataro than I was for Pumyra! Dunno why, he wasn’t one of my favourite characters in the OS or anything?
Considering how much I liked the two new generals (especially Kaynar), I feel Rataro will not disappoint. And yes, he wasn’t my favorite in the OS either.
I think that might be the reason I’m so excited to see Rataro, because I know what an amazing job they did with updating the other mutants, especially Addicus and Kaynar! Like you said, it will not disappoint!
Now I really can’t wait!
So does anyone else wonder if we might be getting Vultureman in the episode as well?
Yes I do, its been speculated on quite a bit since he was closely linked to Rataro in the OS.
Ultimately I think this is going to be another Pumyra-heavy episode, after all we’re going back to the mine where she suffered so much pain and heartbreak, I think it’s likely we’ll get more of her backstory and just what happened to her. She may even have some post-traumatic stress going on and may freeze up or panic when confronted with those horrors again. It would also be a great time to show how much Lion-O believes in her despite their rocky start.
That’s a definite possibility.
To be honest, although I am looking forward to seeing what they have come up with for Rataro, I would prefer that this next episode goes into much more detail on Pumyra. We didnt really learn as much as about her as I had hoped last week.
^^ I second that. I wouldn’t mind a Pumyra-centered episode this week.
I agree with Adssse in that we didn’t get much on Pumyra in “The Pit.” In fact, I’m also seein what Sir_Sapphire mentioned as well. This will also prove that Lion-O is trying to be a good king.
I’m also seeing conflict with the other cats because they’ll probably feel the same way Pumyra did as well. In all fairness, I’m looking forward to how this is going to pan out with the introduction of Ratar-O, any other rats in the mines of Plun-Darr, and possibly Lynx-O.
As stated before, I honestly think that this would be a great place to incorporate Lynx-O to the story. -that, and Lynx-O has always been a favorite of mine.
I think we’ll almost certainly see a flashback on pumyra, either in the mines or at the fall of thundera, and then there will be a smaller focus on her as she leads the cats through the tunnels.
I can see something like that happening. After seeing her get emotional talking about the people who died, it’s probably going to be sad, so I’ll make sure to have some tissues.
I’m interested in Pumyra’s backstory too. :]
Re-introducing Lynx-O is also very high on my hopes for this episode!
