Looks like he’s selling the site…and although I’m not interested in buying it, anyone think offering a merger might be a good idea?
I think it would be an excellent idea to ask Tom what he thinks about merging. I’m sure it wouldn’t be too hard to incorporate all the content into our site.
Would it also be possible to merge their forum to ours as well like you did with the old board Manny?
and if Tom wants to, I definately wouldn’t mind him becoming a Team member as I think it would be good for our site.
Should I send him a pm or email? Unless of course you do.
Maybe you could invite him here and give him access to the Team Forum so we can all discuss it with him openly. However we’d have to do some clean up work first on the thread discussing Purssia and Tom.

Actually I think he is a member of our forum…his board name is Tom-Ra if I am not mistaken. If someone wants to contact him, feel free to do so. I think it is also possible to merge his board, but unless he agrees to go with our layout (I don’t really like the 20+ forums format), then it wouldn’t really do much. But you’d like Neil, contact him and see what he says.
Just sent him a pm and email via the EOT.net forum. I’ll let you know what he says (if he replies that is)

I’d be up for this, big-time! Not only would it really help to establish our site as a leading force within the online ThunderCats community, but it would give us some more great content and help to make this the natural home for ThunderFans worldwide!

Please keep this to yourselves, but Tom has replied and he says he has already sold EOT.net
However the buyer wishes to remain anonymous for the time being. I have asked Tom to pass on my email address to the buyer and I’m hoping the buyer will contact me as I still would like both our sites to work together.
Anyway thought I’d let you guys know.
Looks like EOT has a couple of new owners. I’m sure they’ll keep it intact the way it is now, so merging is probably out of the question. Hopefully, they can keep the site going strong.
EOT.NET has been sold? Wow I never thought that would ever happen, Im wondering why he sold it.I wonder what the next step would be…truthfully I dont see a merger of any sorts in the near future and unless the new owner has new things to add or a revamp of the website I really dont see eot.net going much farther than what it curently is.Then again the new owner may be looking at doing a whole revamp to suit his/her style. I think if a merger were to happen it would put us pretty much as one of the leading forces on the web in all Thundercats related. Everyone IMO would benefit from it.Dont get me wrong Purrsias site is engulfed with good information but the layout needs some cleanup. I think though that they’ll keep it the way it is or have minor mods done to it
A couple of EOT’s forum members got together and bought the site from Tom. I was reading their posts and it seems they are content with the way the site is right now…and I don’t see them doing much changing around…unless they see a reason to. They may collaborate with us…it’d probably be nice to work with them…but I’m just assuming they’d want to.
Thats if and IF they wanna collaborate with us so far they havent so my belief is that it will stay that way. Im not too sure if they have some grudge against us or what
