As mentioned by Mark in a previous thread this area should be used to make points that you think should be addressed at the meeting..
I do not quite have time to kick this off at the moment but will swoop in a bit later..
Advertising, Advertising, Advertising!!!
I think we need to put a plan into action to advertise this site more at as many different locations as possible!
-YouTube (add our videos and a link back to us)
-Myspace (this would be a good tool to send out bulletins about new updates such as site and podcasts)
-80’s/Nostalgia sites (we need to submit our site to sites that list and A-Z of cartoons, for example Retro Junk.
-Thundercats stores (we have a few of these listed on here and I think it would be a good idea to chase these up to make sure they have a link to us on their site!)
-Forum/Signatures (might be a good idea for everyone to try and put our url into their signatures on other forums they are members of)
-Magazines (at the minute it’s looks like only Cereal:Geek will be a possibility)
-Ebay (MannyC has this covered)
-Search Engines (I know a lot of search engines allow you to submit your site in their directories so it might be good to put ours into as many as we can find!)
-High Traffic sites (try to somehow can our url on sites such as bbc.co.uk, yahoo.co.uk etc… even if this is just on their forums, groups etc.. sections of the site)

Here’s a few things that I have in mind, some have already been mentioned:

Everyone’s got most of the important topics covered. I’d like to propose a somwhat self-serving one…ways TCL.org and my site can work together more/share more content. Particularly that last bit, as I think it would be great having the team there, to iron out the terms and limits of content sharing to where everyone is satisfied and nobody is feeling used or abused.
Mark and I sort of talked about the possibility of sharing some of the production art (what I call the blueprints/character sheets on my page) but we didn’t get that far into the details before other things came up and it got put aside.
Top concerns for you here at TCL would probably be things like keeping some things exclusive vs. what to share, how credit is given, what versions of the material are used (ie the resized, watermarked ones vs. giving out the original high res scans to allow me to size and mark them myself), what you’ll get in return, and vice versa.
Otherwise, I’m up for discussion on other ways to make a partnership between the sites stronger and more obvious. However, I know you’re trying to stay on the up and up and not do too much to make WB wary, so don’t worry you won’t offend me in any way if that doesn’t appeal - I mean, I know my page is on the saltier side of things so that’s of course up to the rest of the team how they want to go about it if at all. Which is why I propose all this for topic of conversation.
As a side note, we could also discuss under the promotion topic, more of what was discussed in the always-stimulating TCL funding thread concerning those of us who are members on other sites/boards promoting TCL more, too.
