Manny, just curious…is there a written contract in regards to the advertising? I want to cover all our bases…just in case. We are dealing with money and you what the root of evil is… 
Just kidding. I just want to be sure the negotiation that you made is clear to both parties. 
As it stands now there is no “written” contract. Perhaps thats the one thing that should be made but I just dont see it as necessary now being that we are just doing this for them per their request. Its a word agreement and hopefully we wont see any problems arising from it. CSG has been pretty cool about the whole thing plus its not in their best interest to get someone upset. Basically they agreed per my conversations with them to do one advertisement now for a period of 3 months and when the other site is ready they will pay the rest and we will provide the same length of advertising for their other website.
I just want to be careful that’s all. Once money starts becoming involved, it’s best to be able to track down everything that’s being done. I’m just a cautious person when it comes to finances, whether personal or site-related. Hopefully, you have your conversations recorded somewhere on your computer in case something does happen. I’m not at all questioning the integrity of CSG; I’m very much appreciative that they came to us…I’m just using my business management instincts.

On a side note, Kyle could it be possible for you to do a banner the same size as the othr one but with the info from their second website??? The site is www.collectorsourcemagazine.com

On a side note I just came up with a great idea for us to get more exposure and perhaps some free advertising via Collector Source Magazine. I have offered CSG to be sort of their correspondent with ThunderCats toy news, as well as providing them every quarter with permission to print our ThunderCats price guide evry quarter as a “Special Feature”, also by providing them information on the latest ThunderCats trend.
My goal for a long while has been to have the price guide published in one way or another and this is a great start. Things could turn out really good for TCL if we can work this out. Besides with the information we provide the magazine we increase exposure as well as providing them a starting base for subscribers. Its a win-win situation…Hopefully this pans out.

Allright guys it looks like I will be having a conference via phone with the guys at CSG concerning some ideas they want to implement on the magazine, this is looking good guys to be partnering with a company already. Things are looking very bright on TCL’s front and its only gona get better. Here is their email

Hey MannyC, thanks for the reply - that sucks re: CSG! And, it seems that Collectica as a project could never have got too far off the ground - weird! :eek: Does this mean that you have some carded ThunderCats figures in your collection that have been graded by a company that no longer exists? I hope not, or at least hope it doesn’t affect their value or mean that you wasted money on them…
