It’s not 100% unreliable. When it comes to the future of this show, I expect people to try to be overly optimistic.
However, since the situation TCats is in right now is a repeat of that Scooby Doo series, I think they have/will say something. And who knows? Maybe they (CN) put it on there?

Also “denied” could have beem used cause CN has just kinda done that, they have said nothing.

The way CN handled “ThunderCats” is just weird.
The way they’ve handled 50% of their shows since about 06 has been weird.
Maybe they’ve got a weird 3-year-old as their CEO.
They have one goal: Profit>quality
It’s kinda ironic how it was the other way around back in the days of our grandparents. I mean, they got profits out of quality that is considered to be low nowadays!!
2007 is when Jeffrey Bewkes took over as CEO of Time Warner. Following the disaster that was AOL Timewarner (remember AOL?) he implemented a company wide cost cutting frenzy. Everything and Everyone was affected by the across the board cuts. Senior people were replaced or resigned, leading to an environment which pushed cost savings over everything else.
If you had to look for a starting place at where things changed for CN and WB this would be where it is.

I really hope that’s what they will do . not that the show was bad - it was amazing so far. but after our responses they will know what are the things we liked seeing the most . and will close all the tie loses they had in some departments 
on another note I am kinda worried about the next season of Korra being made before they got any reception about the current one … even though , yes we will get episodes faster , and they already have established a good franchise and are very talented and know what they’re doing .
Oh yeah I’ve read that interview too… they said the 3 seasons of avatar took 6 years to make
I think one of the reasons animation takes so long is because so many companies produce so much work. Take MOI Animation Inc., they do the animation and inbetweens (the time consuming part) for Young Justice but also do the work for The Boondocks and several other series. The Justice League movies (recent D2Video) and Avatar, even our very own TCAts under contract from 4C.
They can only make so many minutes of animation not including CG work and all that has to be spread out amongst a limited pool of artists and then on top of that communication is difficult due to time zone/location. All in all I am amazed most series have the quality they do.
