Cleaning used/played with figures

I´ve been wonderin´. Since I´m acustomed to cleaning used /playwith Masters of the Universe Figures with Sylicon Spray (dunno if the stuffs named that way at you places but it´s called that in germany;) ) Did any of you guys ever try to clean Thundercats with that stuff ?
I didn´t dare to try to be honest for I couldn´t tell whether the Cats are made of similar plastic as the good ol´ MotU´s were made.

Does any of you have some expierince with cleaning them fig´s ?

Yes, there are a few threads on her on cleaning Tcats.

I don’t know if they sell this stuff over in Germany, but it can be found here in the states at most hardware stores. I use a dap of that on a q-tip to remove stains of all sorts, plus just clean up the figure in general. Works wonders.

Agreed. I don’t know if it’s the plastic LJN used, but all my TC’s are sticky. Goo Gone-not Goof Off. Goof-Off eats plastic. They’re easy to confuse.

Great, thanks for your help and the link to the other thread. I seem to be unable to use the search button on this board but that accured to me on every board I´m at :wink:

I´ll try to find this goo-gone stuff here. If it keeps my fig´s from getting sticky thats fine. Had the same prob with my MotU and it sucked.
