Since 2009, Marvel Entertainment has been owned by The Walt Disney Company. Between 1985 and 1988, Marvel published 24 comics based on the original “ThunderCats” cartoon. From 1987 all the way to 1991, Marvel’s UK division published 129 “ThunderCats” comics, and had a handful of “ThunderCats” annuals between '87 abd '94. Now, if they still own the rights to the US and UK comics, wouldn’t it be right for them to reissue each comic with a newly restored/remastered/recolored look?
