Well, she did spend some time with Tygra in the series, and in the comics they eventually get together and have twins. So I really think Tygra’s the one.

Yeah she also did in the OS as well, most people thought that she liked Lion-O in OS and in the NS

I always thought the writers were hinting at Lion-O/ Cheetara in the OS. There were things like the nudge from the alien ship in “Sixth Sense” and the scene in “Telepathy Beam” where I believe Lion-O is holding her I believe. Also if I remember she made a reference to him being a fine looking Thundercat after he grew in the pod.

Beig Lion-O the superhero of the OS, yes, writers hinted to a Lion-O/Cheetara thing (if there would be any), because, you know, Lion-O had the best weapon, he always saved the day, he bit all the TCs… and he got the lady lol
But as I said, Cheetara and Tygra spent a lot of time together in the OS, so I bet it was him (even more, I’m pretty sure that’s why Lion-O decided Tygra should be one of the two to stay in Third Earth, to keep him away from Cheetara lol).

Yeah it could of been that Tygra started to have feelings for Cheetara, and Cheetara may have started to have feelings for him

To be honest if you look at the relationship between Lion-O and Cheetara and Tygra and Cheetara both in the OS and in the NS she did spend a lot of time together with Lion-O both in the OS and in the NS she also knew Tygra longer both in the OS and in the NS

The comics were so dodgy. First she was with Panthro…then Tygra. I wish they’d just picked one or neither.

Appart from Cheetara’s comment “And so handsome too..” in Exodus, I cant think of any hints of a romantic relationship between any of the ThunderCats. And appart from Captain Bragg showing interest in Mandora, and the established pairs & couples, i.e. Unicorn Keepers, none of the characters are romantically involved.

I didn’t know that Cheetara was with Panthro, I have thought when I was younger that they were brother and sister, the Willieskits and Lion’O were related. And Lion 'O and Cheetara were an item.
