Cats Lair Training Room?

I have read in a couple of places (including I think the blueprints of the Cats Lair) that there is a “Training Room” in the lair. However, I don’t recall ever seeing it in any episode. Maybe I did but have forgotten :(. Does anyone else remember the Training Room being shown (or mentioned) in any episode?

It’s in the script for “Garden of Delights”, actually. There’s a scene that didn’t make the cut where the ThunderCats are so busy exercising they don’t notice when the Eye of Thundera tries to warn them when Tygra falls into the chasm.

INT: CATS’ LAIR – TRAINING ROOM

ALL the THUNDERCATS are there and they are laughing uproariously at WILYKIT and WILYKAT who are doing back flips across the room.

Then later, Panthro becomes Tony Little…

INT: CATS’ LAIR – TRAINING ROOM – FEATURING PANTHRO

PANTHRO leads the GROUP. They ALL follow and do the same exercise he does—stretching—push-ups—etc.

PANTHRO
Now the cat back—arch backs—up—down—up—down—stretch those latisimos [sic] dorsi!

Each CAT is doing the same exercise.

Not good.

Of course, this is the same draft in which Silky is a talking pony and Cheetara jokes that the cat’s in the cradle, so quality was already a question.

It’s a darn shame we weren’t shown a training room inside Cat’s Lair for real.

In one of the Wildstorm comics. Not sure which issue it is, but it’s during the Tashee story arc, Tygra and Cheetara are shown with some recruits in a training room.

So do I LOL. I honestly don’t know if I could pick which story arc was the best or worst as they were all equally terrible.

Well, yeah. The Enemy’s Pride 5-parter is a bit… obnoctious I like the other Wildstorm stories ust fine, though.

I wasn’t that keen on any of them. The issue with Lion-O fighting Grune was pretty cool and the story with Hachiman and Hammerhand was pretty good.
