Hey guys, can ne1 tell me has there ever been a carded Mad Bubbler from the Ram-pagers range? Im just wondering because ive never seen one. Or one loose for that matter.
The only pictures anyone in the community has seen are in the LJN mini catalogues that came packed with the figures.
As for MOC, he was never released so a MOC example does not exist.
