Cap'n Cracka's Misc. Merch Collection (non-figure/vehicle/playsets)

Thank ya, Wilycub. Yea, that is why i am curious to see if this mug happens to be a one off factory printing error or maybe if there was a run of these mugs that had the printing shifted.

Anytime.

Messing around taking photos and I don’t know what it is about it but i liked this one…

Finally have a better quality camera for photos. Most recent photos of my Hall of Omens collection. Some things are not pictured because they are currently in an section being worked on and one area is reserved for the Thundercats by Mattel.

Amazing collection, Cap’N!!! :thumbsup May I ask what is the item in the plastic bag (with the blue hook) hanging right to the left of the Slide Puzzles? The reflection from the plastic makes it a bit difficult to see clearly.

So many wonderful items. Do you have any of the video collection videos with the colouring book?

That would be the 30 ft. Thundercats Dragon Kite. I try to have all the kites hanging. Here’s a clearer photo…

(side note on the sliding puzzles next to the kite, I do have Panthro. It is currently in the hands of my friend overseas, as well as quite a few other items. When those items are received and section being worked on are finished I will add updated photos)

Yes I do, Mark M. The coloring books were actually the first thing I collected along with figures before gettin into anything else. They are all located in one the binders. I have 10 of the VHS’s. They are on the bottom shelf not pictured.

(I have the clear plastic colored tops for the flash light gun but since they are pretty old plastic, i have them safely tucked away and not in the case since it moves around a bit. The flashlight gun reminds me of the noisy cricket from Men In Black in this photo.)

Epic collection Capn! I am always amazed at all the merchandise that was produced back in Thundercats heyday.

I came across what appears to be an unpainted front neck Bengali…

Awesome. Any chance you could post some pictures? I used to have the Terror of Hammerhand VHS and Book. I still have the VHS but not the book. I still have a He-man VHS and Book though.

I am sorry Mark M, i think i misunderstood. I am unaware of any Terror of Hammerhead coloring books. I do have it as part of the Video Collection as part of a VHS 2 pack. My VHS collection needs some work. That is one area I have not done much in. But the 6 coloring books posted here are the only ones that I have. I don’t believe i have ever seen the Terror of Hammerhead book. Now i must find this…

thank you, adssse. If they made it, they slapped a Thundercats logo on it. Its incredible. I love it.

I remember staring at the cover art on those coloring books over and over again as a kid, especially the World of the ThunderCats cover with the ThunderTank on it.

Very cool! I am always a sucker for these kind of things. Its interesting that they painted the back of the neck as it is part of the back mold.

I never knew these even existed as kid. The first one I saw was the Mandora and the Pirates one and that was the first piece of non figure merch that i had got.

same here!! seeing things like this always make me wonder just how it happened and just who in the factory let it slip by.

I love learning about these variants too! I have a Tygra figure with an unpainted back. The front is painted but the back is not.

You see the videos on the top line with ā€˜The Video Collection’ mark on them. They released a Terror of Hammerhand video that included an activity/colouring/puzzle book with colouring pens.
Your colouring books are cool though, never seen them before.

Thanks for the info Mark M, I didnt know that the video collection VHS’s or at least the Terror of Hammerhand came with an activity/ coloring book. I may be wrong but i dont believe they came with one here in the states. By any chance, do you recall if the coloring/activity books coincided with the VHS episodes or were they random activity books. I have a few Thundercats activity books from the UK i can post a picture of in a few. Maybe it was one of those?? If not, maybe you can shed some light on what these books came with, if anything

No it had the same colours and design as the video package. I have the He-man book that came with its VHS and it was just a colouring book with scenes from the cartoon episode. But I believe the Thundercats one had a couple activities along with some colouring pictures.
