Speaking anonomously I sent multiple letters out to the right people over at ebay and paypal. I also included pictures as well as a link to this thread and a brief summary of what’s been going on. Well needless to say everythign has been taken care of, you can search him yourself but I think the pictures do justice. Also below the pictures is the letter from ebay regarding this matter.

I as a buyer am sick of being scammed by this person. I myself and other
people have made numerous complaints about this person and yet ebay will not do anything about it. There is even a thread of over 20 pages

What does it take for ebay to stop this? How can someone (i.e
Wildcard8080) with a rating of 95.7% and a DSR of 4.1 be able to sell
??? Feedback alone says enough and yet he still continues to rip people

help to the community to get rid of this person from ebay.

Freaking awesome but let see how long it lasts. He may be reading this so I would have 2 advices for him

Get a different camera and for Christs sake change the camera angles

Take some English courses to improve his grammar and as a result his aucthion descriptions will throw off a lot of us
If he wants to be successful in ripping people off he has 2 easy things to take care of.
Oh and lower the ALL CAPS in is descriptions in addition to moving to a different part of New York. The BRONX is now a give away to his auction.
So Dan Cotto or whoever you are, change your ways and perhaps you can make some honest profits

Thundercat COP. I sincerely hope this guy is gone from eBay for good and I commend you for your actions. Lord knows we’ve all complained to eBay and he just shows back up a few weeks later.
If unfortunately he does somehow show back up and keeps up with his fraudulent ways, I will make it a point to send eBay a letter everyday if I have to. This crap has gone on long enough.
And to think just yesterday I saw he was selling a PVC Snarf resealed into the bubble of a Thundercats miniature card. He did say it was a custom, but why even sell stuff like that? Just sell the dang Snarf by it’s self. And how many times did he sell that same resealed Stinger he got from one of the guys on here? I lost count.
Hopefully eBay has done the right thing this time once and for all!

KNT becareful putting peoples phone numbers on messages boards. Another board that i’m on that happened to someone and it wound up into a lawsuit cause of privacy issues so if you want put XXXX over the last 4 numbers. Also when I mailed his one package out that he won from me that was the address with the last name like that which confused me cause i thought it was Cott but whatever it’s all over now.

The real problem with this auction will probably be that the future owner will never get the item, as we’ve all seen in past auctions.. We’ll just have to wait and see if some poor sucker places a bid..
