he had an auction up for a complete collection, it got up to about $50 and then suddenly it was taken down and now its back up. I am so fed up with this guy. Such a bullsh!t seller and yet ebay allows it. :mad:

This person is a scam artist as evidenced by the number of complaints and negative feedbacks he has received. Please review his status.
I would send a notification to Ebay with the same message as above in red. This way, Ebay gets mutiple complaints regarding this guy and maybe he will go away.

BTW-you won’t be receiving much of what is in the picture if you get anything at all. He has a Red Eye pictured (custom) that I woulnd’t expect if I were you. Why?

The auction is up to $415.00. Not too mention the $50.00 for shipping. That is gonna be one ****ed off buyer.

I won the Cat’s Lair and all the figures, item number 260354471001.
He ended the auction for me so that I could buy the Cat's Lair for $400 with all the other figures too. Then I sent the Paypal right away and then he returned it. Then he sent me another email address to send it to. I was not going to do that - since that would be unsafe for me. He told me that his account would hold the funds, since he is having issues with it, that is why he gave me an alternative (go figure, right??). Then he got mad at me, and listed it again. So, I was actually willing to bid a little higher, and I did. I was outbid. Then moments after THAT auction ended, he sends me a second change offer?!!?! I know he was the one bidding it up on ebay (bid Shelling). I told him I was reporting him to ebay. Then he emails me and tells me that the other winner decided to buy it. I bet in a few weeks, or sooner, you will see that auction listed again, or he offered it to another unsuspecting person that does not know bid shilling was going on with this auction.
I did report it to ebay but that only helps them, and give him ‘strikes’, etc. I still did not get what I won. They told me they can not force him to sale anything, even if I won.

What was the winning bidder’s name so we can add it to the list of suspect names of his.

I managed to contact the guy who won the sword/bengali/lion-o auction and warned him about our friend
Apparently there were problems over shipping arrangements but sadly i can never see him getting those items
Also a MIB Snarf and a Lion-o with snarf have recently sold.
Cant wait to see what happens to those.
I wish some-one would break in and steal his thundercats stuff just to punish him!!!
