Howdy
Out of the two bases that the Thundercats build which do you prefer? Do you prefer the Lynx-O operated Tower of Omens or the Tygra/Panthro (as well as Cheetara) operated Cats’ Lair? I think I prefer the classic Cats’ Lair even though the Tower of Omens is cool

well i enjoy the newest thundercats lair the best it is awesome the way they build it.
Original was the best IMO. The first time I saw it I was in awe.

The original (Third Earth) Cats Lair was an iconic image, one that will live with me forever courtesy of its appearance in the cartoon’s end credits!
I like the Tower of Omens, but kind-of questioned its necessity - I think it would have been far cooler to see the new ThunderCats hanging around Cats Lair as Lion-O declared they would be, maybe even having an episode focussing on the ThunderCats having to adjust to their three new “housemates”.

I enjoyed the first Third-Earth Cat’s Lair the best. It was something that was original, and was the coolest. The Tower was pretty cool, but it seemed inferior to the Cat’s Lair. It was a cool idea, however. The new Cat’s Lair on New Thundera was pretty neat, too. Still, I don’t think they could ever extrapolate on the old one.
The original Third Earth Cats Lair. I personally hated the New Thundera Cats Lair as I thought it looked odd. I also couldn’t get around the idea of them trying to rebuild it all the time in the Return To Thundera 5-part saga. It seemed like a waste of resources to me. I think they should have waited to build a SECURE base once they had sorted the problems of the planet out and had stopped the earthquakes.
I guess building the new lair was something for the Snarfs to do in those episodes and to set up the drama of Snarf getting trapped under some stone slabs.
The original for me too. But then, I’m partial to S1 anyhow.
The Cats Lair on Third Earth. It’s the one that we all know the best. The Tower of Omens wasn’t bad at all, but I would have liked to see more of the interior, like the bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, stairs, etc. I wasn’t all that put off by the New Thundera Lair; like the Tower of Omens, I wanted to see more of its interior. But I would have enjoyed learning more about the Cats Lair on Old Thundera. We never got to explore the inside of it, so at the end of “ThunderCats, Ho!” we had to take Bengali’s word for it when he said the Cats Lair on Third Earth was “just as it was on Thundera”.:bengali:

Hummm, I would vote for the Original Cat’s lair!!
The new one looks kinda creepy! It could be a Mumm-Ra base!!!
I always preferred the 1st Cat’s Lair that was built on 3rd Earth
