Hi from the UK! I have recently got a good condtion loose bengali figure complete with his hammer. However, he particularly small compared to the other figures in the range , is this correct? Also kind of annoying because his hammer is broken at the handle however i am comfortable i can fix that.
Could you post pics so we can compare and see?

Bengali has ‘1987 LJN toys ltd, lorimar - telepix’ and all that on the bottom of his right foot. But compared to my 1985 lion - o, the top of bengalis hair meets lion - os eyes. I am i little worried that it could be a fake or some kind of different type, but as i have never read about the size difference before i am very confused. Alos after just looking at my lion - o closer i have noticed that along with the toy brand on the bottom of his right foot, on the bottom of his left he has ‘B2’, does anyone know hwat this means?

Lion-o is taller than all the other figures (aside from Mumm-ra who I believe is the tallest in the toyline)
It sounds like your Bengali is normal to me.
