I was 5 in 1986 when i got this cool animatronic doll for christmas and i watched his fantastic cartoon all the time on TV after daycare when i was 6 in 1987.

But yeah, I remember Teddy. Wasn’t a huge fan, but it was one of those 80s relics that sort of defined children’s entertainment during the decade.
