A Third Slithe Variant???

I came across this item on EBay: ULTRA-RARE ‘HYBRID’ VARIANT S-S-SLITHE

I am rather curious about it as I have only heard of two Slithe variants, the black spots one and the brown spots one. Does anyone own/seen/heard of this third variant? :confused:

Well, I have one of those, so it’s not a one-off.. But I dont know if it’s a true variant.. and that price seems a bit high :smiley:

I havent seen one of these before and I find variations fascinating so thanks for bringing it to our attention! I should have known that if anyone had one of these in their collection it would be thunderianroyalguard :slight_smile: So would you say this is really ‘ultra rare’? I mean in scarcity what would it be comparable to? I certainly couldnt afford to pay what is being asked for it, but would certainly like to have one!

:thumbsup: Well, I wouldnt say ‘ultra rare’, but the one on ebay is only the second one I’ve ever seen, mine being the other.. so, pretty scarce :slight_smile: I have no idea what to compare it with..

Thanks for the link. I never realized there were so many variations of Slithe. I have to say I am a little excited to try and track some of these down as I only have one so far.

What I do is when I see a Brown Slithe variant, I always ask the seller for more pictures to check and see if it is this “hybrid” variant. Just spotted one yesterday and got it for $5, should be arriving somewere next week :slight_smile: Just keep your eyes peeled :smiley:
