Do you loose some of the firmness of the joints once you assemble everything back?
I have thought about painting the ankle joints but I’m afraid I’ll end up with floppy MOTUC-like ankles…
Mine stayed firm. Bending inwards and put them in the freezer helps too. I did use a drop of superglue for a floppty neck on Tygra.
Isn.t it easier to paint the joints without removing them?
Friction would remove the paint inside anyway.
I painted Tygra’s wrist joints and as you said friction removed the paint.
I was thinking that maybe using some fancy spray paint would work better? I have no idea. But yeah, I think I should remove the joints before spray-painting them…
the only real way to paint joints and not have the paint rub off is to sand down the section you are painting. it doesnt have to be much, but you have to offset any thickness you are adding by painting it
