Maybe it’s just me but I don’t like the shot from behind! If you didn’t know it was Cheetara I’d have set it was a wrestler from WWE… Probably because of the muscular buttocks 
maybe all that running has it’s benefits.
The joints are awful with all the black visible.
I love the new figures but this for me is disappointing. The look from the front is good, it’s just those darn joints that seem more obvious on Cheetara!! I will still buy the figure though so to keep a complete collection.
How come you keep getting these? I thought mainstream release was February for USA?
These are from a legit online toy store located in the United States. I can’t be more specific than that.

There were no back joints on the reveal image. Why do this to fans… Argh!!
Ok, I have to say my piece on this and I don’t post that much. I’m a big fan of Thundercats , you have to TRY to make me NOT want to buy a Thundercat figure. And THAT Cheetara looks BAD. It looks nothing like the released pictures Bandai sent out a month or two ago, it looks significantly worse. Black joints, and the face looks bogus. It’s almost like false advertising it looks so different from the original picture I saw of her. FAIL Bandai, FAIL.
I feel that giving the liscence for the toys to Bandai was a huge mistake in the first place. Compared to MANY other companies, Bandai just makes horrible figures. I will, of course, make the best of the situation and buy what I can..but I’ll also always wonder what could have been. With that being said though, compared to the rest of the line, she looks just fine to me.

well, no figure line is without its complaints, even though these bandai figures arent holding up to the matty motuc figures, the inch classics and the 4 inch line is great! the 4 inch line is just fun, and the 6 inch classics are great for my nostalgic needs. i will not buy the vintage stuff, those are horrible. s-s-slithe is the best sculpt, and i love him, but the rest arent great. the show is what caught me as a kid, and still is one of my favorite shows from the 80’s. i have a vintage mumm-ra, and this new classics mumm-ra, is ten times better. he is show accurate, which in this case is important. motu came before thier show, and the figures arent represented well in the filmation show. the motu cartoon was really made to sell toys. if that was ljn’s intention, cool, but, even as akid i didnt get into them beyond s-s-slithe. i got his figures first, then when i got hammerhand and lion-o, i was like, are these knock offs? the new 6 inch clasics are nice for me, as a fan who wasnt really into the toys before, to have some show accurate figures. mumm-ra is awsome, and lion-o, other than his ankle joints being unpainted, is still the best toy form of the figure. well, there is that giant lion-o i keeps seeing in tru tho? :liono
Maybe for MOC display, but I think I’m happy with my 4" Cheetara.. Something’s off about this one… the hair? The ass?
Might have to paint over the joints myself, I think. Hopefully I’ll be able to find the right colour… Games Workshop maybe.
