All four look great. I like them all.
I value brains in a villain uber alles, followed closely by insanity. Then viciousness. At the bottom are the stupid-head villains who don’t bring much to the table. So my hierarchy for the mutants goes like this:
Vultaire
Kaynar
Ratar-O
Slithe
Addicus
Switch Vultaire and Kaynar and you’ve got mine.
I really do wonder if Addicus was killed off in “Birth of the Blades”. It wouldn’t surprise me, although it seems like a waste of a villain.
I doubt that Addicus is dead.
I don’t really think Addicus is dead, but he isn’t as memorable as Kaynar, Ratar-O, or Vultaire.
I can’t tell. It was a long fall.

There was a poll made awhile back that has the same things.
I have to say I’m loving all of them!! I LOVE how well they have stayed very close to the OS counterparts in terms of looks, but have only improved in design, and have been upgraded in terms of character and all round badd assery (is that a word?) The character designs in my opinion cannot be faulted, they are just perfect!
I like the fact that they are genuine threats too. The writers have tread a very fine line of making them dark within the constraints of a kids show, and they have done a fantastic job on that.
I’m not a huge fan of the name voltaire, but then Addicus and Kaynar’s new names took a little while to grow on me so perhaps that one will too.
The only complaint I have, and it isn’t really a complaint as such, is that we haven’t really explored their characters too much yet. There is SO much room to do a lot more with these new mutants. But that is something that will hopefully come in the second season.
The designs are all great. If you watched the OS, they are all instantly recognizable but updated enough to be a great retooling.
The characters are all great. With the exception of Jackalman/Kaynar, they all pretty much build off of the personalities established in the OS (though Kaynar does have the laugh). Slithe is the cold military commander. Vultureman/Vultaire is egocentric, pompous, and puts a lot of value in the abilities of technology. Monkian/Addicus is a savage barbarian, and Ratar-O is a slave driving tyrant. In this cases, they basically just took the OS incarnations and cranked it up a bit, and it has worked out tremendous well.
So yeah, LOVE THE MUTANTS!!!

Hey, they might be on to something. It’s like Joker and Harley Quinn.
I must say, all the Mutants are much prettier (When it comes to mutants, ugly is pretty) than the OS counterparts. Especially how they’ve got new names and Vultaire’s beak is more avian and sharper, than round and Looney Tunes-ish like in the OS. Especially his Brit accent.
