I’m waiting for the Vet to call me. We dropped off our 9 month old puppy to get fixed. And the 11 year old cat is getting a stone removed. That’s gonna be a bad bill, but at least the puppy won’t mark his territory and the cat won’t get more infections.
Been out of work for the past two days with the flu. Yes the damned flu. Fever hit a max of 103.2 and this is the first day with no fever so far. And the first day I can sit on the computer without an issue. UGH I HATE BEING SICK.

I felt the same exact way when I completed my college algebra requirement. Congratulations!
Hope you feel better soon, Sepphara. I haven’t had a high fever since I was a kid. Last time I got the stomach flu was when I was 11. I consider myself blessed in that.
I am eating the last of the spaghetti I made on Monday for dinner, along with an A&W Root Beer (yum!).
I GOT AN “A” IN ETHICS! This semester I got 2 A’s, 1 B and 1 C. My GPA is 3.25! I increased my GPA!
I also got my certification results for my Restaurant Inventory and Purchasing Certification and I passed with an 84! I got an A in that class but a B on the certification.
I just found out a few minutes ago.

And I forgot to mention after my kids got home from school today, I took them out fishing and my daughter technically caught her first fish, it was a big trout, she was reeling it in, got it to shore, my husband was about to take the picture and as I was grabbing the net, the fish jumped the hook. Poor girl, she lost her balance a little bit while trying to catch the jumped fish and her foot slid into the water. But my daughter didn’t get discouraged and she nearly caught another one later. She’s learning to set the hook. My son wasn’t so lucky, he didn’t catch anything and he never caught a fish yet either. He was sad because we had to go home but I did promise them that we will go fishing again tomorrow morning and we don’t have to worry about it getting dark outside so we can take our time.
I told my son not to worry about it, I didn’t catch anything either today and I told him I was fishing for 30 years (my father taught me when I was about four or five years old). He was very happy when I showed him where we are going to go.
It was a great day.
Edit: Another great thing happened today that I forgot to mention because I was so excited, today my daughter got student of the month for her classroom (it’s a big school so every classroom awards one student) for the months of April and May. I guess because it’s the end of the school year that they tack on May. So going to her school’s assembly was really cute. Everything is so little, even the water drinking fountains. 
I’m dividing my attention between this board and my cat Cheddar; hard to tell who’s getting the lion’s share of the attention. 
Feeling really bad for the people in Joplin, MO. Especially with their hospital being wiped out like that.
Yeah, tornadoes aren’t at all picky as to what and who they strike.

Crafted all day today. Fixed my lion cloth and my bracers, also started weaving a dream catcher in a old staff I had.
At this point I should mention I’m a LARPer and have been for 11 years…
Right now I’m considering going back to work since there is a restaurant that is looking for someone ServSafe certified and someone with inventory and purchasing. I have a certification in ServSafe Management and a Restaurant Inventory and Purchasing Certification, also with ten years cooking experience.
I also hate having nothing to do till late August. I’m bored
My next semester is only going to be from Monday - Wednesday, full time, . So yeah, I can pull this off. As long as it’s 12 credits, it’s full time.
Yesterday I saw “Kung Fu Panda 2” and while I was watching the preview show I thought “it would be awesome if they showed a clip from the new Thundercats in it.”
I saw Thor yesterday. I think I’ll have to go back and see it in 3D now.

I just made my first attempt at making Baked Potato Soup from a recipe I got off the internet. Apparantly I’m a little spacy this afternoon because I missed the whole “baked” part and peeled the potatoes first and even cut a couple up before I realized I was supposed to bake them before all of that! Needless to say, the soup still tasted fine with the 3 potatos I baked naked (since I already peeled them). Next time I will know.
CRAFTING!!! Leather carving today for bracers. Later off to craft store to get more cording and then to the mall to check out Clairs and other girly stores for some acsessories for my Huntress character…DORK DORK DORK

Right now I’m trying to keep my sanity - I can’t wait to have my own place to live and wont’ have parents hovering around me constantly. 27 and they don’t bother to knock before coming in.
