Damn, i just returned from a friendly soccer match and i sprained my ankle, it looks pretty bad, it’s swollen all over, right now i am putting ice on. I’ll probably have to got to a doc to have a look.
And i was so excited for the today’s Euro final between Spain and Italy, i had made arrangements to go watch th game at some friends. I’ll just have to make do at my house’s sofa:mad::mad:
Anyway, i am with Spain, i hope we have a great match today:thumbsup:
That sucks, Lordore. I’ve had issues with my ankle this whole month for some reason. My friend also hurt her ankle pretty bad in April. I guess it’s just a bad year for ankles.
I’m still have trouble with my knee after I twisted it the other week. And I hurt pretty badly the other year while at work. Yeah it’s just a bad year for ankles and knee’s.
I just watched a video from this guy I subscribed to on Youtube. He’s not very popular but that’s not the point. He said he hurt his ankle last week as well. This HAS to be a government conspiracy!!!

Got back from the doc,for 7 days i’ll have to keep my twisted ankle bandaged and not put any pressure on it.
Sucks, the problem is that i have a history of injuries on my ankles because i used to play soccer and i am susceptible to such hits.
