I highly doubt Brian would be letting the Mattel factory make this since they caused such a massive delay with wave two. This is why Brian took waves three and four away from Mattel.

Iām happy for the folks who were hoping for red Lion-o - selfishly I hope itās a 5th figure rather than one of the regular slots. I was hoping that the 5th item would somehow be Snow Meow!

Iām somewhere in between on this because I want Red Lion-O but I agree that there could be more exciting reveals and it would be nice to have another 4 in addition. I see that being a possibility. I didnāt think it would take long for Red Lion-O to be announced because itās a popular choice that is also a re-paint. I am also keen on Snowmeow, I would love that. I wouldnāt mind one of Slitheās generic Lizards too.

Red Lion-O is a way for them to get another Lion-O out there every so often. Expect young Lion-O at some point too. He is the Batman of the line. Not the most exciting figure, but it makes sense for them to do this and it can help keep the line chugging.
Would be cool to see him come with a chrome sword and the bracket for the sword and claw shield like the Bandai version.

I think Wave 5 is going to be very interesting. Some vague things teased for a while. I hope it is shown this coming week.
Obviously I will buy the red lion-o figure but I pray to God itās a 5th figure. I would much rather have 4 other figures then another lion-o.
Letās get a Ratilla and a treasure of Thundera chest already boys!

Iām starting to wonder if Red Lion-o is some kind of exclusive figure you get if you buy the entire wave of figures. I recall Brian saying something about Wave 5 and a new direction they were going with it.
If that turns out to be the case I hope BBTS offers it as well because thatās how im ordering my sets so I donāt have to pay upfront tying up my money for a year
I have a feeling that would be the case. I also plan to order from them as well. I ordered 1-4 direct from S7, but bbts seems faster.
