The heights and scales on these figure are awful. The mutants are way too big or the heoes too small. The mutants aren’t even in good scale with each other. Slithe is way too small. The scales and heights should have been corrected from the start.

They look great! We have all base ThunderCats minus Snarf if you collected Mattel, all Mutants, and several forms of Mumm-Ra. That’s pretty cool.
Poor Lion-o…he is doomed to be the worst figure in the line…he needs more than pinless joints…and the portrait on red Lion-o is even worse painted…that diamond shapes around his eyes… I like Bengali and i am happy with vultureman tall and all
Fwoosh gave the wave a good review. I like that they fixed Hammerhand’s pants. I think they look great. The detailing on Bengali’s Hammer is perfect and that sword can be used in many ways. The claw shield with Lion-O with the extending claw is also great. We’re world building here. :cheetara
They would, considering Super 7 supplied Fwoosh with the figures for that specific purpose. The same as they supply Pixel Dan and Toy Bro.
It’s seems the quality on the figures are getting better. If only they could improve their accracy to the source material and fix the scale issue.
Now imagine people buying that same Lion-O but with just a variable color in SDCC tomorrow…

My wave 5 came today. I am still waiting on some wave 2 figures from a different retailer; I guess I should follow up this week.
Anyway, overall I like wave 5. I didn’t really find any issues with the figures, but I don’t think I’m as critical as others. They filled out my Thundercats shelf quite a bit more.
Mirror Lion-O is kind of boring since he’s still Lion-O; even with a slightly different mold. I guess I didn’t pay much attention to him since I didn’t realize the secondary head was different from the original until getting it in hand (mouth is open instead of gritting teeth). I was thinking one Lion-O is enough for me and going to pass on this guy; I guess I could have and wouldn’t have missed anything. I like the colour changing gimmick of Frozen Lion-O, but I guess I don’t need another Lion-O as I don’t feel I needed this one now.
Bengali is OK. He comes with some neat blacksmith accessories. The details on his hammer are cool. He’s otherwise he’s a fairly standard figure. Still someone you need to fill out the Thundercats.
Hammerhand looks good. I like that his fingers on his robotic arm are individually moveable. I was on the fence about him as I don’t see the Beserkers as must have, but the more I looked at him the more I thought I should just get him. I’m glad I did. He’s kind of like Captain Cracker, there’s nothing really mind-blowing about him, but he just came together really well and has a lot of “character”.
Vultureman is cool to add to the mutants and comes with a lot of accessories. Others have mentioned how he’s tall. I bent his knees quite a bit and I still find he seems too tall to me. It’s so unfortunate, because he’s got a lot of character and is well sculpted. Every time I look at the mutants he just kind of stands out to me as being too big. Maybe I’ll figure out a way to adjust him so it doesn’t look like this to me or see someone online with him adjusted in such a way. It probably doesn’t help that I keep Monkian slouched.
Overall, though, I like them.
