Yeh I think you have… Is this a single frame goof or a sequence at which these versions are displayed. i don’t think I would begin to look if they were frames!! lol:shock:
Hmm, sorry. The goofy eyes is something I think I’ve posted elsewhere in the past, but it is only two frames, so it’s not exactly visible.
The weird Mumm-Ra face is actually noticeable in the scene, though. When I slowed down one of my old tapes many years ago to get a better look at Mumm-Ra’s face, that’s when I spotted Lion-O’s goofy eyes.

When battling Hachiman in The Jade Dragon, Mumm-Ra transforms to find himself immediately weak. Why?
The Jade Dragon is one of my favorite eps, especially this scene (and the one right before it)! You should all go watch it right now and report back, haha.
I can honestly say that I had never seen this episode before until you mentioned it… Liked the development of Hachiman’s character.
To answer the question… Having given Mumm-Ra the power to activate the dreadful double headed dragon of doom Hachiman proceeds to defeat the ancient spirt of evil statues. These statues are the path that the Ancient spirits of evil use to grant Mumm-Ra power. Having been defeated by Hachiman the statues could not function and Mumm-Ra therefore remained weak.

Ok.. Seeing as Purrsia decied to kill this thread I have ignored the previous question and found the answer to a previously un-answered question..
I stumbled upon it whilst watching my tapes.. it is the Key of Thundera..just before the 20 minute point..
I just hope thats correct so I can get this thread up and running again
