You know what I’m surprised about? I think the best shows taken off started with Toonami line-up. I am so surprised nobody has really flamed or sent hate mail to CN since then.
But I would like to propose an idea for those who would be going to Thundercon or any convention that would involve the Thundercats series by any means. This is if you can get a number of people to do it. My ideas have not been that good in the past, but let’s see if this can work. Wanna here? There are two.

More than likely the first idea is rather a doable suggestion for artists who can draw very well. Zombies have been hot since last Halloween and they still seem to be. I was proposing some sort of artist who would be able to draw practically EVERY cancelled show from Cartoon Network from Tom to Tygra. Heman, Pirates of Dark Water, Generator Rex, Symbionic Titan, etc. You can say they would be fighting against other CN characters that turned into zombies and wanting to eat them. This could be a neat Facebook pic to put up for all the cancelled shows to promote them and really diss CN. Caption, “If there are any characters from cartoons that you liked that have been cancelled by CN, like this pic.” That way, it’s not just Thundercats fans on board, it’s fans of Generator Rex, Symbionic Titan, Heman, etc.
I also always have a mental image of someone cosplaying as Thundercats in the form of zombies in case something like this would happen. Lion-o as a zombie…how ironic. But my mental image has always been like a skit dance doing the Zombie McSwagger remix by Family Force 5 if that’s anyone’s cup of tea. I laugh thinking about Tygra doing like a zombified like dubstep. Don’t ya love parodies! My mind is weird. I like to see everyone dressed up as “dead” characters from CN shows that have both been cancelled or just ran its course. The dance move to the song isn’t very hard. It could be like a lazy undead version of Caramel Dansen and Michael Jackson’s Thriller combined. Love to see that recorded. Though, I don’t know if that would be copying off another person’s work, but rather building on it.
Kinda off topic but… Pirates of Dark Water was on ABC. CN had nothing to do with it’s cancellation. If it was on CN it was after it was already canceled. It was canceled because it had a very high production cost and they couldn’t afford to do the next season.
I absolutely dream of PoDW getting remade and finished. It was second highest on my wishlist after ThunderCats.

PoDW, God! I miss that show!! I grew up watching it and was one of the first cartoons I became obsessed with. I used to watch it on CN, a goon fair remake of that one would be of the best that could happen on tv right now. I know that’s an impossible dream really…Anyway back to Thundercats, I think CN made a big mistake canceling the show. I guess is too much to ask now days to care more about the public opinion than personal profit, worst thing is ‘I can’t blame them for that’

That can only lead me to believe that Marisha Ray closed the petition when she heard the show was indeed cancelled.
