Are you referring to ‘The Pit’? Cause she did say that she wasn’t going to hold back against him during their match.
To me it looked like she was holding back I mean in the episode" The pit"
she put more of herself in attacking lion-o then when she attacked in the season finale. BTW something I’ve still been mauling over Mumm-ra says he loves pumrya yet how many times has he tried killing her even in the finale he electrocuted her.
It was supposed to throw Lion-O off. It made him think that Pumyra was still on his side. It’s quite a genius plan by Mumm-Ra. And I’m pretty sure Mumm-Ra saying he “loves” Pumyra was just to taunt Lion-O’s crush on her.
Plus i don’t think Mumm-Ra loves anyone but himself. And Pumyra probably stays away from everyone…that reminds me. Do you think she could have grown up in the Slums?

Actually I think she did LOVE Lion-O which explains the whole “I want revenge for leaving me alone under that rubble” thing Pumrya’s on. Not to mention all those tender moments they did have before mumm-ra fully put his control over her. I think deep down under all that rage for lion-o she does love him.

Obviously. I was talking about Mumm-Ra. And Pumyra probably keeps away from all the men and trains or messes with Tech. 
Maybe mumm-ra can love who knows? I think he has respect for lion-o at points in the series though because there are times where he could have certainly killed him himself.
I think from what Mumm-Ra has been saying since Birth of the Blades that he is incapable of love.
I don’t know if she was in love with him before she died, but maybe she idolized him. Kind of like when people in the real world build up these celebrities, and forget that they don’t really know them. Not to say that Lion-O is not the man she thought he was.
If she did have some sort of feelings for him before she died [COLOR=“DarkRed”]( [COLOR=“DarkRed”]not necessarily romantic. Sounds odd and a little creepy, but maybe she was a fangirl. Please forget about all the negative stuff associated with that title. I cant find a better word ATM [COLOR=“DarkRed”]) then its a bit more understandable to see why she took it so personally. She didn’t see Lion-O walking away from his people. She saw him walking away from her.

Well, she certainly seemed to want him to specifically save her/not leave her, so she probably idolized him at the least.
Maybe Mumm-Rana dumped him, before they both became mummies gazillions of years ago
Really bummed out as to how the season ended. Seeing Vultureman again and joining the mutants was great, and also seeing the animals united at the end also was great. But the whole “Pumyra Betrayal” was just a upsetting.
And how Mumm-Ra called her “beloved” and such and her dialogue and Pumyra’s attitude with Lion-O was just showing there may be no possible positive fixing the relationship for the two. If Mumm-Ra really had her “both body and soul” GROSS.
Really, sad ending for Lion-O and Pumyra. But I get the feeling the writers are slowly building up Lion-O and WilyKit. Like how she was during the Trials, and now how she was at the ending of the season. It’s just how they have the scenes consisting of the two seems that way.
Anyway on the positive side, it’s good the animals are united, and would be great to see how things would be for them in the second season, whenever that would start…

And hopefully it won’t be temporary like it was when Leo became the First Lord of the ThunderCats. Maybe when Lion-O acquires all the Stones, he’ll either keep them on his gauntlet or appoint specific guardians from the species who owned them to take special care of them.
I am alive! I was bed ridded with this weird flu. This episode was…AMAZING!!! I love the epic fight scene with Mumm-ra and
Lion-o! I was glad that they brought back all the species they have encounterd. This episode had a amazing twist. Pumyra betrayed Lion-o I was soooooo shocked when that happen. Now she is a bad guy! It was kind of cool how she was already dead and then brought back to life. I still think Lion-O and Pumyra will end up together. But it would be along time before they get that relationship going again. I think when she was brought back to life, Mumm-ra might have done something to her to make do these things.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t the production team say there was going to be aging or some sort of time gap that will occur in the series?
And it’s not that totally far fetched since their original incarnations were the same age before Lion-O’s sleep capsule mishap.
I’m not encouraging the romantic pairing since obviously Wily Kit is currently way too young, but it just seems like how in two significant Two Episode parts, they had very important scenes. So it may not be ruled out either if a time gap were to occur in Season 2.
Plus, it looks like Pumyra may go down a similar road as Demona from Gargoyles did…

Lion-O=17, WilyKit=8 (according to estimates by the Crew of Omens). A time gap (let’s say 5 years) would still make her only 13 and Lion-O 22, which is INSANELY CREEPY!
