I think they’ll begin rebuilding Thundera at the start of the second season/end of this season.
At the very least, a lot of the rubble will be cleared away. 
Watched this one yesterday along with Ep.23; it was a fun little episode and I liked seeing what Kit, Kat & Snarf was up too. Also, it was nice to see Tookit again and i liked that he got a little character development as well, seeing as he seemingly evolved from a klepto pocket thief to something of a criminal mastermind. I kind of like the designs of those three kids that was under the service of Tookit and the forever bag was an interesting fantasy concept and I wonder what the kittens are gonna do with it.
