This episode already breaks up the feel of the last few episodes IMO. The Pit was still at least halfway lighthearted with the Twin’s scenes, while the last two got more serious.

So may i presume from what i’ve been reading guys,is this the second episode that we see no Lion-O??
Of course everyone knows this episode takes place during the slave and sword episode. I like WilyKat saying whisker.
It’s pretty much an entire episode to acquire the Forever Bag…so the bag takes you to the astral plane??! That should prove pretty useful for Lion O and company. At least it was an episode with a purpose…cause it was heading into filler territory pretty quickly.

I beg to differ.
There’s not much to analyze about this episode, it was pretty self-explanatory. The animation was nice, the backgrounds in particular were very well done. It was sort of like a Don Bluth short in its appearance, with more of a Warner Bros. zany touch.
Is the frog guy Diggums’ cousin or something? Look for him on a breakfast cereal soon…
I was also thinking the stone Tookit wanted them to steal was one of the three, but it’s the wrong color (and that would seem like cheating after everything they went through to get the Spirit Stone).
If the twins now possess the Forever Bag, then they have all the wealth they were after when they left home. I guess El Dara will have to wait until the second season.
It wasn’t a bad episode at all, but you could also skip it entirely and miss absolutely nothing. At least “The Duelist and the Drifter” explained how the Book of Omens got wired up to the Thundertank.
I think the El Dara ship has sealed. They are on the team now.
That actually is a fair point. What do they do with The Forever Bag now? They have the riches they need for their family, so will the Kittens abandon the TCats cause? It’ll be very interesting to see how they follow up on that.
At least you guys got to see the whole episode, The episode froze for me like for almost the entire first half. I still liked what i saw and I like that they got to keep the forever bag. Hopefully the writers remember that they still have it or don’t say they gave it up or something like that.
I wonder if they could fit the thundertank in the bag…?
Tookit said that the room the bag takes them to is in the Astral Plane, so yes it does.

Fitting it in the bag wouldn’t be the problem. Getting it through the opening would be.

This episode left me feeling kind of “meh” after watching it. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great, either. It had a couple of fun moments, but I don’t think it has any re-watchability for me.
I thought the episode was pretty adventurous. It did a good job of showcasing the ThunderKittens. And I can’t get enough of Tookit’s magic word to enter the Forever Bag.
