Thats some awesome stuff! The cassette carrier is so unique (I love the 80’s) and the Jackalman drawing is really cool.
Pretty cool!
Yeah, the carrier is awesome, dated as heck, but awesome! ![]()

Finally found an 8-back LJN Mini Catalogue!

Really happy with it! ![]()
Great FIND!!! that actually reminded me. I have a question for you. I don’t know much about this and since you are the only person I know from Holland, I thought I would turn to you. I’ve had this mini-catalogue for a bit. It has th orange of the Third series catalogue but the inside is the 2nd series. The cover has Thundercats in English and then also have Dutch and French on it. Is this reasonably common? Any light you could shed on this would be much appreciated.

Congratulations, my friend.
Thanks! Ah yes, that´s the mini-catalogue that came with everything that was released in Holland, Belgium, France & (most likely) Germany.. So it’s pretty common. As a kid I stared at those prototype Companions for hours
Other cool thing about it are the ThunderCats cat-symbol and the Mutant skull-symbol. As far as I know this catalogue is the only version that has those.. Why? No idea:confused:
Thanks, buddy!![]()
Firstly, awesome new additions! I really like the Cassette Carrier. ![]()
That is a very interesting French/Dutch LJN catalog. Did the Series 2 and Series 3 toys also come with this same catalog?
So far, I think this is the 4th different language catalog that I have seen. There’s the original English one (3 versions). Then there’s this French/Dutch one. Then there’s an Italian one and lastly I think there’s a Canadian one. Are these the only ones or were there other language ones also produced?![]()
Thanks, buddy!
Allmost all the figures and vehicles sold here in Holland included that catalog. 8-backs werent sold here, we got the 14-backs 1st and then the 22-backs.
I really dont know if there are any more different languages out there.. We’ll have to see what pops up ![]()
I changed my display a bit, stored 100+ figures cause I’m running out of space

My most prized possessions: MY original 8 figures from when I was 6! Also Tongue-A-Saurus, ThunderWings Lion-O, Hardcopy stuff and Playful ![]()

And the latest addition: ThunderNapkins!

You have an awesome collection. Apart from myself you are the only other collector I know of that has the ‘Magnetic Board game’.
You’re right up there with Cap’n Cracka. ![]()
That army of figures is ridiculously awesome! Very impressive and appreciate how well organized it all is.
Thanks, Mark M! I saw that game and I thought it was pretty snazzy
Had to have it ![]()

Epic work, yo!
Wow, I really enjoyed seeing the look of the German Thundercats comics! I am not overly familiar with all the comics. Was there a different artist/colorist for these?
![]()
Well, I think the German comics had their own artists for some of the covers. Others were the same as the original american ones, in which case they used black/white copies of the original and inked them as they saw fit
Content wise it ranges from the US comics to the UK original story’s.
