Maybe the kittens were delayed and thats why they sold them on the website - they had enough to fulfill the SDCC vouchers and they are waiting for the rest to hit the warehouse?

Those pics look amazing…this lady ne in this scale with FH has SOOOO MUCH POTENTIAL…if the find a way to continue with s7 no doubt it will sell like crazy…I wanted that jags and grune…and lunatacs..and berserkers…

You would need to contact DR in December with the new card info and it would mean them cancelling your current order and re-ordering it again. Meaning they would charge you for the sub exclusive Mumm-Ra again and refund you the original charge when you signed up. A lot of hassle to go to in my opinion but if you really don’t want the Thunderkittens, cancelling the card would be the only way to stop the transaction going through.
The general customer service is useless and they know less information on the products than the fan base does! So far nobody has had their Matty Thunderkittens purchase shipped out yet. Seems like these were infact delayed and that’s why most of the stock didn’t get sold at the convention itself.
Why does Wilykat come with a weird whip accessory and not his lariat like Wilykit? It looks similiar to Tygra’s bolo whip?
My card was due to expire on August 1st anyway, so I would have had to go through this process.

Yes, I agree. It’s like the obvious was ignored. And also why didn’t they check their facts on the back of the card. I wonder if Pumyra’s card will say that she’s a spy for Mumm-Ra after being left for dead by Lion-O… That would be really funny!

Well those pics are the painted hard copies / prototypes so it’s not a factor error, it’s the 4H’s doing.
