Does anybody know how the next day of the sale went on Mattycollector? Did the kittens sell out again? Especially after the news?

Gonna be interesting to see how long the kittens hang around for today…
I can’t understand why people would still be buying figures when the line will be incomplete.
Maybe some will buy them in hopes that it sends a message to Mattel…or to complete there subs so they can try and sell a complete set of figures?
Personally although I am truly gutted and heartbroken that once again we have had our toy line canned … I still want the figures they have made as they look awesome.

Well Kittens are lasting a lot longer today. As I type this they are still in stock 9 minutes after going on sale unlike the previous days 1-2 minute sell-outs. I wonder why.
Could it be more stock for the fans?
The scalpers getting theirs already?
Or maybe the line getting cancelled during the sale?

It didn’t have to be a big line. They could have got the main cast done in one year of 12 figures plus exclusives and if it sold well they could have done the rest in the second year.
Yeah I know what you mean … And i completely understand why most people would want to cancel their subs.
Hopefully they will still give us the planned line for the year (just so I get my panthro at least lol) … With all these outraged subscribers wanting to cancel I can see matty just saying “fuck it” and cancelling everything.

I mean Mattel have the licence so maybe they could just produce a few figures a year under their regular Mattel brand for general purchase …
They produce wrestling legends from the 80s which are obviously aimed at adult collectors so surely they could do something along those lines …
But then again this is a company I have no experience with and from what I’ve heard it seems they really don’t give a darn about pleasing the fans.
Yeah but the wrestling Legends are intermixed with current generation stars so they appeal to children collecting the line as well.
How do you get the stock number? Is it stated when checking out an order?

Now i don’t know if i have read all the articles or if i know the full story so please correct me if i am wrong or provide me with links to more information.
- Mattel is selling the MOTUC line to Super 7, (WTF and WHY)?
- Is there a video or an article where a MattyCollector employee explains the decision to sell and to drop specific toy lines from production. Or is the dropping of the Thundercats line a forum speculation that has snow balled into a internet rummer?
- If this rummer is all true and Mattel knew that the Thundercats line was going to end in December of 2016, why would they not pick better characters to produce. I know everyone has their favourites but mummy Mumm-ra instead of ever-living Mumm-ra, that was a no brainier. Also scrapping Grune and especially Jaga, who’s idea was that?
- There is still 2 days of comic-con left is it possible that we are jumping to conclusions and there could be a reveal on the last day? (remember in 2015 when they waited until the second last day to bring out the Thundercats display).
Now that i feel a little better, can someone please fill me in or post some links to help ease my pain.

People on he-man.org know how to do it, I was just posting what I read over there.
This same thing happened when bandai started getting into difficulty … The forums exploded with negativity and speculation of its demise - long before anyone actually confirmed anything.
Sadly that all turned out to be true. So I think we the fans tend to sense it quite quickly when something is off.
I would love In this case if we were all proven wrong and matty had something amazing up their sleeve. who knows maybe a little optimism can go a long way
If anyone is familiar with the law of attraction sometimes it’s good just to remain optimistic otherwise all the doubt and doom can become a self fulfilling prophecy (bit cheesy I know lol)
