I’ve just realised something - “Thank You For The Memory” (my most personal song) has a range of over two octaves! No wonder I struggled on the high notes!

The lowest note (the A two below middle C) is in the final verse:
“THIS measure of real achievement”
The highest note (the B above middle C) is heard several times in the chorus:
“. . . that WE shared”
“. . . that YOU cared”
“. . . so MUCH more”
“. . . known BE-fore”
(and all of those preceding syllables are almost as high, the A above middle C).
