So true. I was in the process of moving house so all the cats are being delivered to my parents. Theyā€™ll cope with one big delivery better than constant small ones, trips to the post office and fees.
Course now I have to find the willpower not to buy day of sale.

I am still going through weirdness with my sub. I got an e-mail this morning saying my sub was cancelled. I called them and they said that I had been charged twice and that they were cancelling my first order number and gave me a new one. Funny thing is that they kept the original charges but refunded the 2nd charge. Has this happened to anyone else?

Iā€™ve not had any cancellation emails, however I did have a problem where my monthly ship subs were both duplicated on the My Subscriptions page. Someone on He-Man.org had the same problem and contacted Matty.

I later also got a reply from Matty:

We have identified the issue you are reporting and currently have our IT/developers looking at how it can be fixed. It is effecting some subscriptions, not just yours. Your single ship subscriptions shouldnā€™t be effected as the error occurred once the monthly subscriptions activated and an extra ID was erroneously assigned. Single ships havenā€™t activated and this situation will be resolved long before they do.

I wonder if the cancellation and refund is Matty correcting this problem?

After reading that thread, it looks as though a lot of folks are having some sort of issue with their subs. It seems though that Matty and DR are handling things in a timely manner. I just hope my Lion-O actually ships, because I donā€™t know if my heart can handle anymore bad news. And this is the first time Iā€™ve ever dealt with this company. I canā€™t imagine how its been for those that have stuck it out since 2008.

Has there been any shipping notices sent out yet? Itā€™s already the 26th (so end of the month almost). Curious as to when he gets shipped.

Nothing yet for me. It still shows on the site as being processed. Its almost time for the next figure. Think we are going to have delays with all of them.

Hopefully the will start shipping this week.

Yeah, theyā€™ll probably arrive very close to one another if the shipment for Jackalman is up to date.

I want to see it more to see that he is as honest with it as he was with the Bandai version.

I doubt I will get one Sebastiaan. But never say neverā€¦if it looks good in hand and Super 7 continue the line etc. :wink:

I was charged earlier this month, just checked now and the transaction has disappeared. ..whatā€™s going on.

Thats actually a good sign. They put a temporary hold for the funds. usually when it drops off, it means they are going to ship soon (and make the real charge).
