Does anyone want a second statue (for those who have already ordered) or does anyone who hasn’t spoken up yet want a statue for $100 US?
Please let me know as Hard Hero wants final numbers before they put the request in to Warner Bros.

Yup I think we’ll be able to work that out. Was it an Artist Proof edition? Should be okay either way, only if it was a $220 version it’ll be $110 plus shipping.

Just bumping this thread to see if there’s any new Hard Hero news filtering through? I think the relationship that you, Mark, have been able to build up with these guys is a huge asset to this site, and it would be great if soon there could be some more news that we could break exclusively to fans!

Should be more news about the next few statues that they’re working on. And the interview and notes on the statue creation process should go up by Monday.

Manny, is there a way that we can tell how much traffic we’re getting from their banner?
It looks like they’ll be making changes to the Cheetara statue (much needed) and then we can expect to start getting news on which character they’re completing next.

Well done Mark for all your great work with this - you’re a legendary figure, my friend!
To be honest, between you & me I think this statue line is doomed to fail - I think the most positive comments I’ve read about them are “They’re nice, but not worth $200 to me.” 
However, at least we’ve been able to ingratiate ourselves with the people producing the first major ThunderCats licensed product in years, and that’s got to be a good thing!

I’m nervous that the line may not get the kind of numbers that Hard Hero will need to finish the main characters which would be a great shame in my opinion. That’s why I want to promote the good figures as much as possible. As it stands I can’t get excited about the Cheetara statue so I’m pretty much saying nothing on it beyond the announcement that it’s up.
I hope they can fix her up enough that people will collect the line. It seems that unlike He-Man fans, our fan base is not in the habit of shelling out major coin for collectibles. It hurts our chances of seeing the movie come through, seeing a toy line come through. I’m betting whoever gets the rights to do the T-Cat toys is closely watching the Hard Hero statues.
Then they are idiots in my opinion.
Statues and Toys are not the same. You can’t get an indication of how popular toys would be through sales of an adult collector merchandise.
Toys have a broader appeal due to the main target being kids 
With which are fickle at best. Also a figure isn’t $200!
Parents/kids don’t really buy statues, so a toyline should not be assessed on sales of the statues. A toy company worthy of producing new Thundercats should know that.
