Wonderful post! And I heartily second your P.S.! ![]()
Happy belated birthday Larry.
Can’t really say anything that has not already been said, but you inspired me as a kid, and without the Thundercats, my childhood afternoons would have been very boring. Hope you had a great one, and I also second that you are the only person that deserves to be Lion-O in the upcoming movie.
Happy belated Birthday, Larry!!!
My husband introduced me to the cartoon in 2003 and even though I do not have any childhood memories about the ThunderCats, they are very special to me, because my daughter Gwenn loves them soooo much. She loves the cartoon and especially Lion-O. Whenever she hears your voice she gets all happy and excited which makes me happy, too.
I know that ThunderCats will be in her childhood as they have been in my husbands and that in 20 years she will probably post a similar message as the previous ones for your 80. birthday :cheetaraveryhappy:
Thank you for all your work and I wish you happiness and health for the coming years!!!
Take care,
Nadja
P.S. Thank you sooo much for the autographed picture of Lion-O that you sent for my daughter!!! We put it in a frame and she loves to look at it and talk to “Lino”!
Chris here…
Just to let you guys know that I’ve e-mailed Larry a link to this thread so that he can read your messages - I’m hopeful he’ll get a real kick out of them! ![]()
And also, just as a heads-up to Queen Lynxana, I’ve also made a special note to Larry in the e-mail I sent re: your message about your mutual friend. I hope that it was OK to do that, somehow it sounded really important and so I wanted to make sure Larry was aware of it and that it didn’t get “lost” within this thread. Again, I hope that was OK. ![]()
Thanks again for all the brilliant responses to this, everybody, they’ve been amazing to read! ![]()
Take care… ![]()
Hi, Chris. Oh, please let us know what Larry says! That would literally be the frosting on the birthday cake for us!![]()
